SOMIC engineering and management Co ( SOMIC ), was registered in 21 November 1994 as affiliated companies to BEHRAN Oil company. The company use to provide management and consultation services in the field of mining industries, oil and gas, steel and aluminum, water and sewage and industrial wastes, civil and structures, construction of harbor terminals and economical and technical studies.
In 2004, Somic succeeded in achieving engineering grade three in the field of oil and gas pipelines from management and planning organization.
Somic company presented its new subjects of activities by disorganization of mines and oil products organization. During years 2004 and 2005, the activity of company diverted to oil services, according to Bonyad policy. In 2006, the company shares were transferred from Behran Oil Company to KMID .
